Toul Sleng Genocide Museum	Phnom Penh Riverside

Pick up from the Sihanoukville port then transfer by coach to Phnom Penh, the trip will take about 3.5hrs at 276km in distance. Phnom Penh: the Capital city of Cambodia, is the commercial and political hub of Cambodia as well as home to nearly 2 million of the country’s 14.5 million people. Upon arrival then transfer to visit the Royal Palace (proper attire) and Silver Pagoda (closed at 11:30 & 5:00pm). The Royal Palace is the official residence of King Norodom Sihamony and his king farther Norodom Sihanouk, several buildings within the gleaming yellow walls of the compound can be visited. Next to visit the National Museum, The distinctive red building with beautiful Khmer architecture was officially inaugurated on April 1920. Today the Museum contains more than 5000 of art objects that have been collected and conserved from all over the country and which are on display to visitors. Later we continue visiting the Toul Sleng, known as the Museum of Genocide Crimes. In 1975 Toul Svay Prey High school was taken over by Pol Pot’s security forces and turned into a prison known as Security Prison 21 (S-21). It was used by the Khmer Rouge as detention and torture centre in the later 1970. You will then proceed to Russian Market Less architectural interest but has a larger and more varied selection of souvenirs, curious and silk than Central Market. Russian Market offers the largest selection of boot-legged VCDs, DVDs and CDs of all the traditional markets. After tour at 5:00 PM we transfer you back to the Sihanoukville. Enjoy Dinner in Sihanoukville before sending off to the hotel or ship.
