The Trail of Civilization Performance 2010, Buddha’s Visaka Day
Siem Reap-Angkor, 27-29 April, Art Performance of the Six Member Countries


On 28 April, 2010: Procession of the Trail of Civilization and art performances on Buddha History by  Cambodia, Thailand, Vietnam, Laos, Myanmar and Indonesia, preside over by Prime Minister of the Kingdom of Cambodia.

The ceremony will take place at Banyon Temple which is located in the center of Angkor Thom. It was built in the late 12th  and early 13th  centuries, is dedicated to Buddhism  by King Jayavarman VII.

Upon arrival at Siem Reap quid will welcome come the airport than transfer to check in hotel, after lunch start your trip with a cruise to Tonlé Sap Lake (largest inland body of water);m Enjoy the spectacular views as you cruise along the Tonle Sap Lake, which enable you to see fascinating fishing villages, one of Asia’s largest fishing villages. On the way back to town, visit Artisans D’Angkor to discover the traditional Khmer techniques used for stone and wood carving, lacquering and gilding.
